And we are currently looking for a smart and highly motivated Online Marketing Manager to support our Digital Marketing team and help us achieve that vision.


ABOUT THE JOB


As an Online Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and implementing online marketing channels – such as, online search, display advertising and affiliate programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Top Student: You finished your studies at a top-tier university in Business, Marketing, Data Science or Entrepreneurship.
  • Online Experience: 1-2 years of work in CRM, Online Marketing or Product Management. Topics such as marketing funnels, attribution models, conversion rate optimization and retargeting have no secret for you.
  • Passion: You can’t deny your strong enthusiasm for the internet and its possibilities
  • Hands-On: You are experienced with Excel and/or Google Analytics and can quickly and confidently create conclusions from large datasets.
  • Analytical: Very strong systematic and investigative thinking capable of diagnosing bottlenecks and optimizing day-to-day performance
  • Creative: Being able to monitor trends in social media and apply best practices to further develop own content creation. In addition, having a good understanding of our audiences in order to provide them with the right message at the right moment in the right format.
  • Perfect communication skills in English (French and/or German would be a strong plus)

JUNIOR CRM MANAGER (M/F)

ABOUT THE JOB


The role will support the International CRM team in building Email Campaigns from segmentation, template creation to the parametrization of the campaign in the CRM platform. The role will participate to the design and carry out simple A/B tests in order to improve our marketing strategy. Finally, the role will create regular reporting and run analysis according to predefined KPIs to monitor and improve the campaigns, in order to bring maximum value for both the customers and the business.



REQUIREMENTS:

  • Top Student: You finished your studies at a top-tier university in Business, Marketing, Data Science or Entrepreneurship.
  • 1-2 years of work in CRM, Online Marketing or Product Management
  • Good knowledge of any other email template editor is a real plus
  • Cooperating with various stakeholders from different departments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel and/or Tableau
  • Data-driven, being able to design new analysis and convert them into business decisions and campaign optimizations
  • Perfect communication skills in English (French and/or German would be a strong plus)
